Fran B From Ohio 2017 2 years later we decided we needed outdoor shutters. Made a call to OUTDOOR KITCHENS OF SWFL and was told they do shutters also. The price was competitive. Since they had done a great job with the outdoor kitchen we decided to go with them. A terrible mistake. After three years had a storm and damaged one shutter. We had the 4 or 5 years warranty. Sent out two workers to repair. We received a bill for $1900.00 dollars. If shutter will not with stand a storm what happens with a hurricane since they are hurricane shutters? ???? Another shutter was so loud that the neighbors could hear them going up and down. Called again this time the owner came out and assured us he was sending someone to find the problem. 5 months pass and NO WORD FROM ANYONE AT THIS COMPANY. I find they subbed out this job to a company in Sarasota. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY."

"They did a great job. They came in under budget and on time. They were very courteous during construction and cleaned up every day. They built the kitchen right next to my pool and managed to keep it clean the whole time. The regulator for the gas grill failed soon after completion and they came out right away to fix it."
