"First and foremost, this took forever. But Premier was totally upfront about it. They told us it would take a long time. So be prepared for that. They did have to come back and fix a couple minor things but they were fast and professional about it. They actually have to send someone out to look at something this week and I’m sure it won’t be an issue. Premier staff is VERY busy but their quality is good. Our design was also unique and not the run-of-the-mill type of design and they made it work so well! I will say that communication is lacking a bit when you want to know updates, but at the end of the day, they made up for most of the little things that bugged me and they did a fantastic job. I was patient - and you’ll need to be as well. City inspector came and it was all good! We love our enclosure now and it was worth the wait for sure!"

"Terrible. Paid top dollar for a patio enclosure and stonework. I am not a full time Florida resident (which was made very clear to them) and the job was scheduled to start June 1 2021 and be done over a 3 month period. Project management was totally nonexistent. They never disconnected my irrigation system and never rerouted the heads so when their job was done ( 2 months later than quoted) I had water spraying up in random places on my lanai. The owner then acted like he was somehow doing me a favor and stopped over and capped the loop and nothing has been done to repair the irrigation since. To top it off, the enclosure sustained some damage during the fall hurricane so I called them to come and repair it. I was told they were only doing new installations and weren’t doing any repairs for 2 YEARS because they were too busy. Too busy for the people who have already spent a truckload of money with you huh? What a joke. I’ll tell everyone I know what a terrible, low quality company this is. This company also operates as Premier Aluminum and Bauer Construction"

"Three days after hurricane Ian, a representative of Premier showed up at our home. A tree had fallen on our pool cage and it was in our pool. He assured us that if we signed a contract and gave them a deposit, we would be first in line to have our cage replaced. Well, it has been nearly six months and we CANNOT get anyone to answer our calls or emails. They have our deposit, a large one, and it feels like being held hostage."

"I highly recommend Premier Aluminum Pool Enclosure to anyone. I have used them for the removal of my pool screen and the enclosure of my lanai and they did a perfect job! The removal of the screen cage that was damaged by Hurricane Irma was quick and easy. Most importantly, they took all the aluminum away for me. Premier Aluminum enclosed my lanai with the beautiful and durable super screen and door. The men were courteous and kind and didn't excellent job. I am extremely pleased with not only the product that Premier Aluminum delivered, but also their service. They were extremely helpful over the phone and really professional and friendly. Note, they are completely booked in the nearest future. A good company with quality work!"
