"Waited 8hrs placed call at 4:39pm Sunday & it's 12:45am Monday, called several times. No one showed up. IDK what the point of road side service. This is the second time this has happened. No one has answers why except they're sorry. Find another option or have jumper cables. Good luck! AAA used to be excellent & waiting 45min was inconvenient, 8+ hrs later is ridiculous!"

"new guy came for a roadside tire change and was unprepared and aloof... why bother sending anyone. This guy didnt have the truck air compressor connected, could not put air in my spare and then was flippant about the whole thing when i was clearly upset that he couldn't actually help me"
