"This is an update in February 2024. I did finally have someone connect with me after my one star review. Since then I've had the service I was hoping for. Simple things like address updates and a small spreadsheet with the coverages and policy numbers. I'm moving things up to a three star rating. Original Jan 2024 review: Personally, I have had a terrible time getting anyone to contact me. I am taking over a policy after the passing of the former owner. I went there in person and asked for help changing the policy over to me and since then I've had several phone and email exchanges but every time I don't get any help, just promises to talk later. I can't even get a list of the policies I have or any help with making a change to the email address on the accounts. Besides visiting them, I've had phone and email exchanges with 4-5 different people and no one gets back to me for more than an initial message. This from August 2023 to early January 2024. I've spoken to the front desk, the admin staff, a agent, a manager and I tried the agent who I think originally set up the policy. It is so frustrating and I don't know what to do. We had been customers for perhaps 15 years for at least 3 policies and maybe only had a relatively minor car accident (replacement of a side panel if I remember correctly)."

"Roberts Insurance has been writing our auto policy for the past year. We recently added another vehicle to the policy and our rate shot up to $560 per month. We were assigned to Brent as our agent, and we have been disappointed with his lack of detail in reviewing options of our policy. He said he would requote the insurance to get us a better rate. Unfortunately, we've been waiting for a month and have not heard back from Brent. I even gave Brent a call to follow up and was told he was still waiting on a company to get back to him. We ended up going with a different agency and cancelled our auto policy with Roberts Insurance. If we had heard back in a timely manner, we would have kept our policy with them."

"I am sooooo bummed!!! I went to Robert’s to move my entire families auto insurance & eventually, possibly our home owners policy. I went online and saw all the reviews thinking AWESOMENESS awaited me… great service, great prices and ethical work, what more could you ask for. The price was fine, there is not a ton they could do about that but my issue is the service!!! I began this process on 12/12/22 and it is now 1/19/23 and I have had the worst experience of my life with the auto agent… I have been begging to bind coverage & I have attached the proof!!! On 12/16 - I said “Ok we will do it” in response to the last quote given… then CRICKETS!!! On 1/6 - I said “I have not heard anything from you what is needed to bind” Now today, I just left a message for management to file a complaint… we will see if they respond ugh… but if this is the way they handle someone WANTING to get insurance I am terrified to actually need them at some point… just saying!!! Good luck folks"
