"I've been with Shaefer insurance in Venice Florida for about 10 years. Although I've had great service all these years, this is the first time that I've felt the need to write a review. I've recently purchased a new car and have had to get coverage before I pick up the car. It was a sweet spot where my coverage was ending shortly after the pick up date.... the car company wanted proof of insurance a week before getting the car. I worked with Dylan who got me coverage starting on the day I get the new car. I sent that paperwork to the car company. Working with Dylan was great, he was professional, pleasant, and understood my problem; he handled it in minutes. The paperwork I got wasn't good enough (no fault of Dylan) for the car company; they wanted an insurance card. I then contacted the office again and worked with Michelle, whom I've worked with before. She's great.
