"I used Moody yrs ago for my car insurance. Have done it on my own the last 4 yrs but progressive still has me down using them. Called Moody over a month ago and was suppose to get a new quote. Over 4 emails and 2 calls later, NO ONE that was to contact me has. They have Totally dropped the ball."
