Please support them and look into the services they provide and the level of care, kindness and love they lead with rehabilitating and stabilizing the unhoused community. The state should literally give these people 50% of their budget to create facilities throughout Northern Florida."

"If you are a J1 student please be careful about this dorm. It is said to many students that you share room with 1 person. You get a room with 8 people. It is like a hostel. Also, this summer we got roach and bed bugs infestation, and it was not taken care adequately - the whole season we did not get rid of them. Two weeks before our departure new housing was offered. Apart from this, it is a good community and helpful. All in all, very mixed feelings about this housing."

"One of the worst place you can stay as a exchange student.The rent had been deal was 100$ but they changed to 125$ after we accepted it.There is lots of bed bugs and cockroaches and other bugs and they dont even bother themselves to solve the problem,they even might try to get you out of the housing and try to make you pay rent much higher for some other places.They dont even try to understand your problems and fix them,please think twice before going here or just dont go lol."

"I just really feel like they discriminate against certain ethnicities. It bothers me that I qualify but there's always an issue with me speaking with ànyone that really knows anything specific there..it's always an Issue with getting a call back or being told to call back and get no answer. I do understand things may get busy but you have a specific program why isnt someone there to handle it...Ive been told there is space and then after i apply theres no space and hour or two later..It never mattered I work, or that I had child in school, that im drug free ,or ant id that They denied me because i am black .I was referred by an agency and I was told that people have complained about this but to give a try. Just very disappointed"

"Mike and Liz were a real blessing to me and my family when we were in a time of need we lost everything. Now we have an apartment a car life is going well and we couldn't have got there without them and they didn't know anything about us they truly do have a heart for the hurting lost sick and hopeless"
