"Me and my mom came in and we ordered to-go my mom ordered a ceaser salad and they told her they don't do ceasar salad with romaine lettuce and they gave her free fries. My mom saw the girl grab her a box of fries instead but she grab it with her bare hands, no gloves, not to mention my hamburger was not made well done, still pink when I cut into the sandwich. My mother got her refund back but manager did not say sorry for anything just asked what's wrong and no apologetic or sympathy from her. If you want salmonella, perfect place. Other than that I don't recommend."

"I had the classic ribeye (medium well), fries, and broccoli! The ribeye was cooked exactly how I liked, very tender, with a little char. I also had the Strawberry Arnold Palmer, and it was good. Everything was good."

"Pcb, fl... Max was stellar as our server. The food was fantastic, the on duty manager was very nice. We will be in town for a week and a half, and we WILL be back, and we will certainly ask for Max. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. Oh, and the S.W. eggrolls be on this survey."

"The worst service I have ever had. We came in at 9pm on 10/10, an hour before close. After 30 minutes of being seated the manager on duty/server came out and told us “she was the only server, had other things to do, and was not going to take our order.” We were nothing short of polite and had been seated 30 minutes prior with plenty of time to get an order in, eat, and leave before close."

"Despicable manager. I waited 30 minutes for 12 wings. I then asked the server to cancel my order. I asked to speak to the manager, because the restaurant was not packed out and I was vexed to be asked to pay for anything. Server comes back and says manager refuses to come see me, because she is busy claiming there is only one cook. I asked the waitress to tell the manager that I didn’t give a damn and I wanted to see them anyway. Manager comes out tells me to get out for being rude to her waitress, which was untrue. The manager clearly cannot staff the place, has no idea how to expedite food orders or to even send someone to check on guests. They should just go ahead and close this place."
