"Went threw the drive thru, and they filled my drink cup up 2/3 full. Where's the beef lol I mean where's the rest of my drink!"

"Simply the worst drive thru experience. 4pm on a Wednesday and only one other car and had to wait 4 minutes before any word. Then, when my turn to order, they asked me to wait...another 90 seconds went by and I left...this is the 3rd time in past 2 months that they could even grab my order in a timely manner...and I used to drive for over eats and then could NEVER get an order done in a timely manner....this place is poorly managed"

"Lady on the speaker is chaotic. I don’t care if the manager is smoking or playing with a cat, I’d do the same if things are in shambles, which unfortunately it seems that way. The lady that gave us the food after waiting a good while was super super sweet though. I’m here at 5:30PM on a weekend - no ice cream cone and no chicken wraps. What is going on… Hope the best for them but let’s go - get organized."

"Literally the worst Burger King. The manager on duty outside smoking , playing with a cat while the drive thru is backed up Lady on speaker said be right with you. 13 mins lady comes back.. Now here we are all pulled up to the front so we don't run up their window time. Although we've been waiting for over 30 mins at this point. Food wasn't even edible.... everything in there was soaked in some kind of hot sauce."

"This location is terrible. The staff has absolutely no customer service ability and they are never prepared. I started placing mobile orders while I'm driving to work and they still don't have my order ready when I get there. You walk in and it's like you're invisible, not one person greets you or even acknowledges your presence. They are constantly out of biscuits, news flash... If it happens every day that means you make more earlier! My food today has half cooked bacon and only a small sliver of cheese that doesn't even cover half the egg. Get it together people, just because you make more money now doesn't mean you stop trying to do your job well."
