"Matt recently replaced my failed pool pump motor and the over 20 year-old pump with it. He did this under a challenging schedule during a day when hurricane-force wind gusts were forecast to start before day's end - and he had an early afternoon commitment about 50 miles away. The wind was already blowing the large Volusia County garbage cans down neighborhood streets. He arrived at 10:00 A.M. and had completed and checked out the installation by noon. The motor/pump combination he recommended was my best option for both initial cost and long-term operation. "Shout out to Matt's Pool Service again...... I found my Hayward Maxflo XE variable speed pump motor that was installed in January leaking at the ceramic seal this morning when doing my weekly pool service on my pool. I had to replenish my chlorine jugs and have them do a water test so I made them aware of the leaking seal while in their store. Chris came out, confirmed the leaking seal, and then also advised me the motor bearings were failing and ordered a new motor. Within a few hours, Lori called and advised he had the new part and was on the way. Chris took care of my problem efficiently and was out of there in no time. Part was still under warranty so there was no charge. Another job well done by Matt's Pool Service! Thank you!"

"I had my pool pump assembly replaced today by Matt's Pool. The old unit was old and leaking at the wet/dry housing and glue joints (Hayward Super Pump II). I was surprised to see Matt the owner come out himself to do the work. I went with the latest Hayward ultra efficient MaxFlo XE system. Matt also replaced a fountain selector valve that was dribbling when closed that was not on the original work request. Matt took the time to go over the programming instructions and explained the one button selector for all 6 speeds after the installation in great detail.
