Publix Super Market at Country Club Corners

"Went last night, approx 6:30. Went to hot deli, asked for the hot tenders. Even though a sign on the hot case advertises it, the women working there curtly informed me "we don't carry that". I daid the sign right here says so, to which she again curtly replied " we only have regular tenders". Then didn't ask if I wanted anything else, or even get a thank you. If you're having a bad day, go home. Didn't appreciate the bad attitude. Publix is better than that."

"One of my favorite Publix locations (though I am also excited about the newest one to open near me, at SR415 & SR46, near Sanford FL. Has the clean, fresh look I see at all the Publix I visit, consistently pleasant staff in every department, and quick to help when I pop in even it is just to pick up a lottery ticket sometimes. It all makes the somewhat tricky driving exit worth the trouble. Plus there are great pizza, sub & fastfood shops in the same complex!"

"Clean, organized, and well stocked. In and out. A lot of variety in the store, just go over to the mustard Isle and check that out. There's, like, 80 different ones. It's good to be in America. The staff is always helpful when you need a hand.. I actually needed help Finding something and the young man actually walked me across the store to the product. Now that is customer service that you can be proud of!! thank you very much for your American Business and for keeping employees and stores clean, orderly and professional...."

"We usually shop at this Publix even though the prices for everything is much higher than the other supermarkets. We also liked the fact that we didn't have to check ourselves out. I now see they have few cashiers working and more self checkout kiosks (2 cashiers noted on today's visit). So much for a pleasant shopping experience. Staff always friendly and store is clean. Not happy about these changes at all. I am all about convenience for customers desiring a quick item or two checkout by placing a few self checkout stations.... but the business model here is going downhill and something you already see at Walmart. All about profit margins.... next thing the customer will be responsible for is restocking the shelves and cleaning the floors? .... just kidding... :("

"1st time in a Publix for 20 years. Didn't think they could better. Great clean aisles. Easy to navigate. Everything looks great and positioned well. Lots of happy team members. Plenty of parking and well lit. Easy checkouts. Prices are fair. Kid friendly. Membership and curb side pickup. Highly recommended."
