We stood by the rock salts waiting & no one came to help after asking for help. Other than that other side of the departments are nice & the Flooring people are very friendly & helpful."

"If you can't find your item, keep on looking, because it's harder to find a salesperson. And when a passerby salesperson calls for assistance, they will leave you standing there forever. Even had another salesperson come by and try to sell me and another customer solar panels. The salesperson they called never showed up. We ended up cutting our own length of chain ourselves after studying how to do it."

"Update 08/23/2021 A use caution sign before entry is always an ominous sign… For a behemoth and multi million dollar per store player in the retail world they really need to get with the times in electronic payment processing and pos systems. Many times I have had issues in regard to returns, payments (accepting Apple Pay or google pay) and general lookups within POS systems. Today this cost me an hour in time within travel. Traditionally frequent this Lowe’s. I have bought everything from boards to lighting to yard and garden items. I have had some good interactions overall with teammates but consistently nothing stellar. All and all I definitely get more personable experiences from Ace , but selection wise Lowe’s has the sheer volume. Side note: 08/23/21 Ace accepts Apple Pay and Google Pay While I was in the parking lot of Lowe’s an older women whom seemed to be a local scammer came up to me while I was loading my car and rambled on about needing money and that she was in distress and a whole on story associated… she has done the same thing in 3 different parking lots and didn’t seem to remember she had done it before to me. I told her I can’t help her unfortunately and she moved on to the next victim. Be aware…"
