"I cannot praise Whitewater Pools enough. Building a pool can be a daunting experience, however working with Whitewater Pools was anything but. This is a family owned company who does most of their own work. Jessie was very informative and responsive right from the first phone call and throughout the entire process. The scheduling and completion of each phase was prompt and seamless. They were always there to answer questions and address concerns. Everyone on the crew was very friendly, easy to work with, and a mess was never left behind. I felt as if this was my family building my pool. Their efficiency, experience, knowledge, and workmanship are all a cut above the rest. The end result is exactly what I wanted, and even turned out better than I anticipated. "Eric and his company (and family) were just an absolute pleasure to work with. Like so many other people during the pandemic, since we were stuck at home, we decided we wanted to build a pool. After speaking with more than a dozen pool companies, I hadn't found another company that was as experienced as WhiteWater Pools was where the "sales" people were also the ones who would be digging and building the pool, as opposed to someone who had little-to-no actual pool building experience. We also lucked out because they were just finishing up another pool in our neighborhood, so we got to meet the crew before they started and meet with someone else who worked with them (who was also super happy with the work WhiteWater had done). Back to the actual sales, closing, and building process. Eddie was a gigantic help in designing our pool, troubleshooting potential problems, and then was out here digging it too. Jessie went above and beyond what we expected of a project manager *many* times and is just an awesome person and an awesome contact person to work with. Eric and Otis have a ton of experience building pools together and we always looked forward to when they were on site. Ian and Easy were a ton of help building the pool and with the setup and training for the pool equipment. We ended up building a 36' x 14' custom pool with a large sun shelf and two bubblers that takes up a good deal of our backyard. And even though the space was really tight, the guys were able to very quickly and competently maneuver their equipment to where it needed to be to dig the pool, shoot the shell, and more. It was really cool watching Eddie drive their compact digger through our open PVC fence gate with about an inch of clearance on either side. Even with the greatly increased demand for pools (and the crazy market in Florida), these guys finished earlier than expected where several of our friends experienced delay-after-delay (or were just abandoned by their pool company part-way through the build). We are extremely, supremely happy with our choice and although we're super excited we actually have a usable pool now, we're also kind of sad that we don't get to see and chat with Eric and the gang on a daily basis anymore. 11/10, A+, would recommend to anyone, family/friends."
