"I had GPS Pools quote a resurface and retile of my pool. Jeremy was super attentive, quite helpful and very knowledgeable. He worked with me and my schedule. From draining to refilling my pool was only one week! This may be an edge case but the weather was cooperative. Amazing turnaround and the project was seamless. The entire crew was great and very communicative. Jeremy especially was very responsive and kept me informed all the way. I highly recommend GPS Pools. Update: Just today I had GPS Pools replace my DE filter with a cartridge filter and Rob the technician was outstanding. He made quick work and gave me a crash course on operating and cleaning it. "Jeremy came out to give a quote on my pool to be resurfaced. He was professional, respectful above all he was knowledgeable about my pool. I thought I had a leak he explained that I had an overflow valve that kept it at a certain level. Immediately, I knew I was going with GPS. not only did they start my pool within 2 weeks but the workers were respectful of my property and cleaned after themselves every day. Our pool was completed within 5days including the refill. Our pool looks beautiful. I will say Jeremy made himself present at the site and check the progress. "We have been using GPS pools since we moved into our first house with a pool in 2015. Instead of trying to push services they helped me learn how to take care of my pool on my own. I simply bring in water monthly and they check it. Most times their response is, your pool s perfect. Occasionally they recommend adding needed chemicals (often minimal). In an industry that could so easily push product they take the ethical approach. Some years later my pool pump died from old age and within days they installed a new pump that is energy efficient. When I noticed my pool seems to lose water the first recommendation was to do tests myself for evaporation. Again, not a push for service but a desire to help and support. After time I learned it was likely a leak and they found it and performed the needed fixes. I asked them to replace my light fixture and my valves and they took care of it all. Since buying the house I knew I would need to resurface the pool. When I was ready they advised waiting...not pay now and let us do the work...but wait...it's better to do it in the Spring. What we appreciate the most is the absolute commitment to ethical business. They are more concerned about helping the client than getting the money. Yes they are a business and there is a cost and I am so thankful for their approach. We recently had our pool resurfaced and tile re-done. The pool looks amazing and it was everything thing we asked for. In this time services are hard to come by, prices are up, and supply chains can disrupt even simple tasks. They were prepared with a stock of supplies. Being very upfront they said it could take 4-6 weeks. 2 weeks later they started and finished within days. From pitted pool with pink-brown tile to a beautiful blue...LOVE IT! They communicated constantly along the way. I cannot thank the team enough. From Dawn at the Lutz store to Mike and Jeremy who did the resurface. This is a quality business that wants to do it right! Do they make mistakes...I bet they do...no place is perfect.
