"Great place to work out. Been to multiple gyms and have had trainers but this place has been the best experience for it. Aaron has been great as a personal trainer. He’s always switching up workouts and keeping things interesting. He also stay in touch between sessions keeping you motivated and sending videos of workouts to help you out. "Great gym! This location has lots of great quality machines a huge area for lifting. The staff is great and always kind. I worked with personal trainer, Aaron, and he was outstanding! He was very nice, eager to help me, and provided many dynamic workouts that I had not even thought of before. I saw improvements almost immediately after working him. I would definitely recommend this gym."

"The workout area is very spacious and has a good number of machines. The staff are ok. Basketball court is a Wowzer! However, their functional area is restricted ONLY for personal training. That is ridiculous because the basics of workout, basketball, racquetball, etc is warming up in functional areas which they don't have for everyone. When I reached out to staff, they pointed out an area under the stairs with a bunch of mats. That is even worse without any weights, medicine balls etc. I would not recommend this place for any workouts. It's ok for indoor basketball and racquetball courts which deserve one star each."
