Starbucks

"I frequent this coffee spot in the 2nd floor of the airport A LOT and I always have only the best experience. The employees are always nice and helpful and bright up my day with their smiles. They are very fast handling the register and taking my orders. The food is always hot and fresh and ready to eat. They are also very clean and organized with their uniforms and their workplace, I highly recommend to anyone who is planning on flying through sanford airport to give the 2nd floor Starbucks a visit, you will not be disappointed. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would."

"The employees thought it was more important to chat with each other then pay attention to whether or not they had a costumer.... and then they all stood there and didn't want to serve me because some were "on break" and further more was turned away because I didnt have cash and the system was down. I can understand the system was down but to not want to serve a costumer is another.... common guys. I've had better past experiences here...."

"I generally like Starbucks, but this one disappoints. The pastry display case is so dirty as to be foggy (and mostly empty even at noon); the prices charged don't match the menu (I was charged $4 instead of $3.95, which is not a huge difference but it is misleading); service was distracted and not very fast; they don't carry real butter (only fake margarine); and the coffee is so bitter that it's almost undrinkable (and I drink black coffee daily). All in all, would not go here again even though it's the only coffee shop behind security."

"The workers were lazy and did not want to do their jobs at all. One girl was on the cellphone the whole time and said they were out of whip cream, caramel, and all strawberries. The guy working had no manners and had a rude attitude. As soon as a plane came in and the crowd went to Starbucks they all the sudden had everything they said they were out of and we’re suddenly making the drinks that I asked for."
