"It’s sad that this Dunkin’ Donuts is fairly new and is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. There’s an older Spanish lady that works there that’s rude has no customer service. It’s clear with all these poor reviews that they have the wrong people working there."

"On the way to work I had ordered a large cold brew but got a medium. It wasn't until after I already left I noticed the size difference being it was still dark outside and I hadn't fully woken up yet. I didn't have time to go back so I went back the next morning hoping they would make up for it. Nope. The manager demanded a receipt which I don't even think they gave me. I showed her the transaction through my app and she still was giving me a hard time. Then she kept trying to be a smart a** and say "well I can give you your 25 cents back because it's only that difference more". I told her keep it and drove off. Really disappointed with how this was handled, as a manager I would've apologized and remade regardless. She's super snobby and clearly needs retrained in the customer service field. This is bad business and will only contribute to more negative reviews. It's not my fault your staff is incompetent and got my order wrong in the first place. Not to mention, I've been a regular customer here for a while now. Never giving this location my money again."

"Worst dunkin! Every time I come here they never get the order right. I usually go to the SE cape Dunkin’s but they are both under construction so I had no other choice but to come here unfortunately. I guess I’ll just hop over the bridge to the new one until they open up again. I recommend no one to come here if you don’t want to be disappointed. They need to start firing everyone and start fresh."
