"Claudio, the manager, is very friendly! We prefer going inside to order and have always had a good experience. It is our preferred location to visit. My only suggestion for this location is to install a changing table in the restroom to increase family friendliness. :-)"

"I used to feel like the S. Dunkin on Del Prado next to the Dollar Tree was the worst in the Cape, but now I have a new worst. This location has by far some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered they act as if you’re bothering them by asking for your items to be prepared or certain way or if you return an item that’s not made properly or as you requested, they seem to forget that customers choose whether or not to patronize their business and with the level of horrible customer service, how are they still operating a business. This is the 3rd time in a week my order was not satisfactory, first I was given lukewarm coffee, then my bagel was so hard you could hit someone and cause a concussion, lastly my frozen coffee was so watery I may as well just had ordered iced instead of frozen. I walked back in to have my order corrected, and they stand and look at you as if they have no idea there’s an issue, but you’re standing there holding items in your hand. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I am no longer giving the benefit of the doubt I am done shopping at this location. I will go all the way on the other side of town and shop at the location just south of Viscaya, it’s a smaller location but their customer service is top notch. There a young lady works there name Asia, she mostly works drive-through m, but she’s the sweetest and goes over and beyond for the customers! Other locations need to take note."

"Went through the drive thru ordered a medium caramel iced coffee with one cream one sugar .. they gave me 4 cream, ordered a wake up wrap with sausage & they gave me bacon. When I pulled up to the window and pulled up my dunkin app I told the woman at the window I had a free hash brown reward and before I can finish speaking she talked over me and said “I can’t do anything at the window”. I didn’t get anything correct with my order and an attitude on top. I understand it is a drive thru and mistakes happen but horrible service on top of an incorrect order is just unacceptable."
