"Went there on my lunch break from work, and ordered through the app so it would be faster. I ended up waiting 30 minutes before i could even get to the ordering screen, and i could not leave since i was stuck in the drive through and my food was already paid for. The people at the window were very rude, with no greetings and no apology for running behind. I understand having a rush, but waiting over 30 minutes to get my PRE ORDERED food and being late to work because of it, is unacceptable."

"The staff here was amazing. I miscalculated the amount of money to bring on an early Sunday morning. They gave me my coffees and donuts then told me to have a Happy New Year. Such a kind thing to do. I'll be paying it forward! You guys made my day!"

"Seemed to me that the employees were not able to handle the load put on them. Front counter got backed up because self order screen was not working, and the person doing the front end was also filling other app orders. Not surprisingly mistakes were made. Although I have to say it was obvious that the employee was trying hard. No fault or blame against her. Maybe today was chaotic, and another day when things are working it could be great! Went back today was not happy with food quality. Sandwich was cold. Less than half the bag had tots. In fact 6 tots came in the order. Don't believe I will return again. Waste of time, and money."

"This location is so stingy with their food preparation. Today I ordered avocado toast and it was scraped on like butter. In the picture I uploaded, the brown showing through the spread, is the bread. For $4 there should be a decent amount of avocado spread. I've never had this problem that any other Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. I wouldn't make a review if it didn't happen every single time. I honestly don't even know why I keep going to this Dunkin' Donuts location. Super disappointing!"
