"I was in there during lunchtime and the baristas were referring to the local students that come after school as “rats.” Just thought that was inappropriate to loudly discuss how much you detest this population so much that all your customers in line could hear. I imagine they provide significant business to this location."

"The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to - and I’ve been a good card member/going to Starbucks for 20 years. I came at 3pm and there were only a few people inside and my mobile order that said it would be ready at 3:02 was still not ready at 3:15. When I asked she took it out of line and made it, which I appreciate but it should I not take that long when it isn’t even busy."
