"I ordered a shake with my food and although the restaurant was pretty busy, I have to commend Tristan for his service. He brought both my food and shake to me, with a smile on his face and politely asked if I needed anything else. I saw him go above and beyond with other customers as well. He is definitely one of the reasons I would be a repeat customer. Excellent service! :)"

"Great experience I stopped in here while charging my car at a nearby charger Very clean great food and great service When paying it did default to someone else's email address. I'll follow up on that if I start getting receipts for future customers Will be a stop for me when I charge the car in the area as it was an easy walk from the changing station"

I add jalapenos, fried onions and mushrooms to the burgers, and I also love their 21 sauce, honey mustard and Chapotle Mayo, and the most distinctive feature of the restaurant is the location and outdoor seating.. Service is a bit slow compared to the Carolwood branch"

This was compounded by a subsequent 25-minute wait — and counting — for our meals to arrive. The lack of attentive service has marred what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. The management needs to address these service issues if they hope to reflect the promising allure their establishment's name suggests."
