"Always loved coming to this location until today. So I ordered a medium hot coffee for my partner and a small hot coffee for myself. Remind you of the $2 promo on the medium hot coffee. I get to the house to realize the med cup was not full to the top but rather filled as if it was a small cup. Now I’d have to question this location because of that. Cuffing a little bit of change for your tiny tip jar is one thing, but the coffee too? Welcome the Gregorian year of 2024 smdh"

"Wow what a mistake. Should have went to McDonald's. Staffs attitude was atrocious. I didn't get her name but I think it was a manager with the worst attitude. Don't like your job go get a new one. No need to throw an attitude at every customer than walks in the door. Obviously not the 1st time and the owner doesn't have a problem with this behavior since it's obvious to anyone that walks in the door. There are some nice dunkin donut locations don't get me wrong but hopefully this location replaces some of its personnel or closes. Sooner vs later they are giving the brand a bad name."

"Used to be a nice place to eat and get good service and now is the worst! Awal if you are still the manager I hope you get your hands on this! Asked for three scoops and surprise!!!! Asked for a peppermint mocha latte and cold as feet and no peppermint flavor at all! Very bad customer service is like they don’t feel like doing anything!! This is getting ridiculous!!!! Is not getting, it is already!!!!!"

"I have placed two very large orders in the last two weeks. These young ladies are friendly, professional and made sure I had everything on time and fresh when I picked it up, even though it was an early morning pickup. They are rockstars and I recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service!"

"Absolutely terrible customer service. They spent more time just staring at us than when they finally decided they were going to help one of the employees asked if we wanted a waffle cone for our order... That we hadn't even ordered yet. Then, when we placed the order, he had to ask us how many scoops were in our sundaes. Mind you, this was after we had already paid for the order, and he had to enter how many scoops we had wanted for the order. While the one employee was helping the others kinda just stood around and made sure to be tucked back far enough so they they wouldn't have to help with making our orders until finally she was called over to help since there were several of us who had ordered. To top it all off they were out of so many things including spoons so we had to eat the ice-cream with a fork or the sample spoon thats an inch and a half long since they didn't tell us they were out of spoons until we had to ask for a spoon since they didn't give us any. It is unfortunate because the ice-cream was good."
