"They got a issue with not using new gloves when handling food - when I was there, I ordered a bagel (with butter) but the employee who was taking my order didn’t change his gloves after handling the previous customer’s money, so he used the same dirty glove to hand me my bagel. I tried to be nice about it and asked him to switch my bagel to something else and he straight up said “NO. Absolutely not.” That’s where my dad and I was trying to reason with him because it was not a cheap bagel for me to just throw it away and ignore the whole situation. But to my surprised, he still refuse to admit it. Luckily the supervisor or the manager there overheard our conversation, made the announcement to switch out new gloves when handling food, and then asked him switch my bagel. Honestly, if it wasn’t for the supervisor/manager who intervened, I would have given it a 1-star review. If they don’t continually enforce using new gloves when handling food, I’m definitely not gonna eat there again. Other than that, the bagel definitely tastes better than Panera for sure - hence why I gave the food 5-stars."

"In February 2023, you can't order online or call this restaurant. Phone number doesn't work, and the link to order online doesn't work. Manager is not able to do anything to fix it and the company doesn't care. If you're not happy with anything at this restaurant, there will be no resolution offered. Went back today, 8-16-23 and had a very good experience. Went back today 8-24-23 and had a problem that Agnes took care of for me and my guest. Agnes cares way more than the Einstein bagel company does. Company has still not resolved my problems or contacted me back. Will update when this changes. Such a shame. Contacted the company through the website several times."

"Stopped in for a quick latte & was pleasantly surprised as the level of customer service! I was greeted by a lovely woman (I asked her for her name and cannot remember it, my apologies) Aida? Anyway, my latte was delicious as were the 2 pastries my Lady-Barista recommended. Highly recommend a RAISE for this Team and suggest you lunch or snack at Einstein Bros Bagels because of them."

"Great place for breakfast or lunch. Conveniently located inside USF on Laurel Drive. Very clean and friendly service. I love the 6 cheese bagel with the vegetable egg. They offer several kinds of soups, salads, chips and beverages in addition to their huge selection of bagels. Try the fresh fruit and berries cups for sure. Highly recommend."
