"Honestly if i could give this place a ZERO I would. I went in nobody was welcoming. the girl that took my order was very cold I couldn’t even hear her. I ordered a “grilled cheese” that was not grilled it was bread slapped on cheese. Very cold and bland. THE WORST PART IS NO GLOVES??? Nobody cared to wear gloves and they made my sandwich bare handed. I am absolutely disgusted if this place. if i was brave enough I would’ve gotten my refund. do not go here."

"I can’t rate the food as nobody ever came to the counter to even take my order after waiting for 5 minutes. I finally just walked out. Even the people (I saw at least 4) that saw me standing there didn’t even acknowledge me, say hello or we’ll be right with you. I worked in the food service industry for many many years and I know what customer service should be. Nobody cares anymore or takes pride in providing good customer service. It’s a shame"

"Made me pull up to wait for my breakfast food, had me sitting in the parking lot for over 15 minutes. Went inside after I seen other people waiting and going inside too. No order in sight. I ended up leaving without the food that I paid for. I will NEVER set foot in a Dunkin again. Terrible terrible customer service!!! Stop making people pull up to get the rest of their order. There should be no reason you can’t handle a simple sandwich order. It was one sandwich and an order of the mini bagels. 15 minutes seems more than excessive for that. Dunkin’ is always trash, this is just my last straw! This is exactly why people pay the extra $1 to go to Starbucks."

"I ordered a large latte with sugar. They judged me for wanting sugar in my latte. Then when I finally received my coffee it was not until I got to work and the lid popped off that I found that what I thought was going to be a large latte ended up being a small latte in a large cup. In the photo you can see I haven’t even taken a drink or anything. It’s just a small latte and I paid for a large."

"This location is progressively getting worse. I place mobile orders all the time to try to assist to make it easier for the ordering line. Each time they are unaware of my order when my name is given. When I pull up to the window they always try to charge me because they always mix my mobile order with drive thru orders. My bagels have always been ROCK HARD! Miss the staff from before who were friendly."
