"I LOVE BLACK AND BREW! I am a 10 year + customer. Let me tell you why the southside location is THE BEST! 1) their patio not only is large, it also is equipped with outlet space. Something not available at the library or downtown location. Making this the perfect outdoor study/remote work spot 2) They have a bowl menu full of tasty health conscious bowls that are just so dang yummy. (Pictured are the FL bowl and the chimmi churi bowl) 3) they have more pastry and bottled drink options to choose from! 4) they have an express lane and while I’ve never used it, it’s cool as heck that B&B has it 5) the staff are so friendly I drive past the downtown and library locations to get to the southside B&B because it’s just so worth the drive!"

"I normally love Black & Brew and have never had any problems with it, but tonight I ordered a Pesto Chicken Sandwich and the Cubano Nuevo. They gave us a BLT labeled Cubano and the Cubano was in an unlabeled box. I did not get my Pesto Chicken Sandwich. We still ate the food, but it was not very good. By the way, the girl at the cash register seemed very distracted from her job."

"I love love love black&brew and have been many many times. It’s always great quality and the customer service is always above and beyond. This morning I went to the south Florida location for the first time and ordered the apple butter granola bowl. I used the express lane ordered in the parking lot and it was ready in less than 5 min ❤️ loved the vibe of this location. my only complaint is that the bowl was about $7 and had maybe one scoop of yogurt spread at the bottom. Delicious but would love more bang for my buck on this one."

"So I was visiting the area my daughter recommended I get the caprese sandwich. I got to her house take a bite out of the sandwich & no cheese just a spread tomatoes and what looked liked onions. Tried calling the number listed 12 times and unable to get through. Couldn't go back as I was leaving to go back home. Not impressed at all!!! Paid $10.85 for tomatoes & spread???"

"Went for breakfast this morning and sat on the patio. The plants, umbrellas, and lighting made me forget it I was right off a busy street. The food was good and complex in flavor. I loved the entire vibe. However while I was there I watched a patron have a negative experience. They were working on their laptop on the patio when the server came and closed the umbrella that was allowing them to see their screen. The server didn't say anything or ask them to move or give them a heads up prior to closing the umbrella and that seemed really rude to me. Other than that interaction I would give this place a 5/5."
