"Seeing that the drive-thru line was very long, we went inside in hopes of getting quicker service. WOW! Was that a miscalculation. In retrospect, this would be a great place for entertainment or as a training event for how not to run a food service business. Our experience was not as bad as some of the other reviews, but it still prompted me to write my own Karen-rant. First, in contrast to some other people’s comments, the food was adequate. It was the service that was sorely lacking. Nobody was rude, just incompetent (or at least lacking the proper training). The associate taking the orders at the counter did not seem very familiar with the store’s products and gave us the option on our iced coffee of having it be hot or cold. Likewise, we were asked if the espresso should be hot or cold. Next, we never got a receipt. Later this became problematic as it wasn’t possible to prove what we ordered. The pick-up counter was somewhat chaotic as no one announced whose orders were up and, even so, our name had not taken when our order was placed. Not surprisingly, the order was incomplete and we had to ask several different people for the missing items. There seemed to be no coordination between employees and no sense of urgency or teamwork. Overall, our experience could have been worse, but it certainly didn’t fulfill our expectations."

"This is far from the only bad experience I have at this Dunkin. Every chance I have given them, has proved to be a bad decision on my part. From ridiculously long wait times, being out of the most basic items, extremely rude customer service ( however, there are a few kind employees I have encountered) and then finally disasters in the quality of the food and beverages this location produces. Behold my disgustingly burnt croissant. I choked down the other one on the way home because I didn't have time to turn around but I cannot believe I was served these. I hope the pictures do it justice but the croissants were so burnt and tasted so terrible, I just ate the bacon egg and cheese inside them, which managed to also be disappointing with a tiny piece of cheese and little bacon. The loaded hash browns were a joke to with giant pieces of bacon and almost no hash browns in them. If you don't have time to stop at the Dunkin Donuts in the aubundale Walmart, do yourself a favor and do not settle for this location because it has a drive through, you will very likely regret it."

"This dunkin used to be amazing. Lately? Sucks. We stopped this morning and after repeating my order more than 3 times to the person inside, we still had to catch mistakes with which donuts they were giving us. My son’s wake up wraps were burnt beyond eating and went straight to the garbage. I cannot wait for Scooters to open next door."

"My bf and I decided to stop at this location for a quick bite, (September 9,2023 @around 12pm)we ordered 2 sausage ,egg and cheese croissants, a single order of hash rounds and grabbed a couple drinks from the self serve cooler next to the front counter of the establishment. We proceeded to wait MORE THAN 30 MINUTES for our order. The guy who took the order failed to realize that the payment had not gone through resulting in our “lost” order. When the , I assume, manager, asked who had taken an order that they had, there was no answer. Little did we know it was ours. We’re not ones to start any drama in any public space but trust me, I was very much tempted. That was around the 10 minute mark and seeing with how busy they were, I figured it was normal to be waiting but then customer after customer continued to order and leave with their purchases. Around almost 20 minutes in, my bf decides to go ask/talk to someone. They start communicating in the back about our order and how “that was the order I was asking you about” situation continued. That was the moment they told us the payment had not gone through so my bf continued to pay for the food, we waited another 10 minutes or so and finally got our order. The lady who helped the situation kindly gave him 2 donuts for the inconvenience but if I’m being honest , we should have gotten a FULL REFUND. There was even a moment where one of the other workers asked if another order was ours and we told her “no, we have the 2 croissants…etc” that was also between the 10 minute mark so regardless of everything ,TWO of those coworkers KNEW what our order was! My patience was tested today. God would be proud of me but disappointed at the lack of communication with the employees."
