Dunkin'

"I think the worker purposely screws the drink orders up because she wants to deter people from ordering them. Only this Dunkin puts one mocha swirl in a latte when all the others do three. The lady working in the afternoon at 3:30 on Feb 15th says that’s how it reads on the tag but they put three. The latte looks very white and pale, and also tastes like milk. Can someone re-teach her? She wants to argue if I try to explain. I hate spending 5$ after working a long day and get sub par."

"They have this general manager this young lady that just is rude and disrespectful. I left the Trinity dunkin thinking that she wouldn't be there. but she ended here this is disgusting Person with horrible customer service they're going to keep losing customers as long as she's employed."

"Worst customers services ever!!!talked to customer without welcoming feelings, no smiles from the manager to the workers. I Came by in the afternoon yesterday and asked for 2 dozens of glazed for the kindergartners at my son class, the man said someone had ordered them so they didn’t have enough 2 dozens for me. I had asked him what time they open in the am so I could come back and get them, he said 5am, and I said I will come back and get them.! This morning when I drove back and asked for 2 dozens of glazed ones they said because of Halloween they only had 1 dozen of glazed and I had to get the different flavors on the other or I had to preorder . I did mention I had came by yesterday, and they said nothing they could do about that if I didn’t have preorder!!!! They didn’t tell me I have to preorder when I came at first time. I asked to talk to the manager and reported to her the situation and she said “nothing i could help with that, sorry and have good day”?!? I was at the window drive-thru and another lady came to the window said “you have to move your car. Have good day!” I was unhappy with the way they had treated me, and will not go to their store again for sure. Just super disappointed that even the store manager had such attitude thenshe couldn’t manage her staff to communicate!"

"I have gone to the Duncan since this DD opened and there has been good time and bad but the past three weeks has been honestly horrible. They get my drinks wrong more times then not and I have been finding myself going less and less to this place!! If you want something super simple it will still get messed up. My advice just make your own at home or dare I say go to Starbucks or another DD. I hate writing bad reviews but we all work to hard for our money to spend it on nasty coffee and horrible attitude."

"Did a Dunkin Run for coffee because coffee is yummy and always needed. Drive thru wasn’t to bad honestly. However the guy who took my order that’s another story. He seriously should consider finding a job where interacting with people isn’t required because he doesn’t have a people personality. Either that or he hates his job. I have it three stars because the coffee at least taste good."
