"Enough is enough. This location has been steadily going down hill for the past couple years. They clearly don’t double check orders to make sure they are correct anymore. Every other order is either made wrong or is missing something from it. The last straw occurred on 2/10/24. I arrived at the restaurant at 10pm and placed a curbside pick up order. App says it will be out within 2-5 minutes. So, after waiting 20 minutes, I check the app for an update and it now just shows my receipt indicating my food was delivered to my car. No one came out. I went in to find out what happened. When I tried to get the attention of an associate, I was met by an extremely rude women who said they were closed and I would have to go through the drive thru and walks away ignoring me (mind you it is 10:20pm and the sign on the door says the lobby closes at 11:00pm). I ask to speak to a Supervisor so I can explain what happened and the Supervisor on duty was just as rude. He also told me the lobby was closed and I would have to go thru the drive thru (which has a line wrapping around the building). I try to explain to him what happened and I just want to get my food. He refuses to help stating the register is already closed. I show him the receipt and advise him it is already paid for so we don’t need the register. He still refused to help unless I left the lobby that was supposed to be open for another 40 minutes and wait in the line for the drive thru. It’s clear that neither the Supervisor or his team care about their customers at all. To top it all off, after going through the drive thru and also confirming our order at the window, they still made it wrong. The supervisor also said my order would be free, except I already paid for it through the app and he didn’t refund me the money. It’s time to start going to either the new Burger King down the road or to the original McDonald’s on HWY 41."
"They make you wait an hour for food that you mobile order. Then tell you if you jump on the drive through line it should be shorter and then tell you they can’t help you.. cause they have 3 people… if you are short staffed don’t be open after 9 pm…."
"This is the worst mcdonalds in Tampa. It says it's open 24 hours but it's not actually. Making me waste time driving here. Next time I come here, I had done a mobile order, paid for it. I show up and he said they don't take mobile orders, only cash. So I waste time driving again. Worst Mcdonalds."
"I normally wouldn't post a review for a fast-food chain, but this is another level of sadness/poor setting of managerial expectations. It was 2:45 in the morning. I was the ONLY customer- as in single digit, ONLY patron at the drive thru. I called ahead to see if location was open, and they advised it was, but cash only-I said okay, cool- How one can incorrectly make a plain McDouble, and plain cheeseburger-is beyond me. The order-taker even read it back to me. I don't care that shift manager offered me replacement/reparations- the principle here is this is the lowest form of customer service that could've been received under the given circumstances. To make a mistake like that- this employee was negligent- not tired, not busy- NEGLIGENT. Outright irresponsible on management to allow something like this to occur. The time-of-day has zero role to play. When you have a single customer at the entire restaurant- and you manage to screw up a simple order- THE SIMPLEST ORDER- it speaks to the motivations of the team. If the drive thru was wrapped and lobby was full- I'd understand- but finding an excuse for ONE customer at the store to have their order jacked up? Utter negligence."
"On 10/14 me and my friend dinned in to eat food. We walked in and before we said anything the manager Zackery told us to walk away. We then ordered food and I asked for a water cup and filled it up with Dr Pepper which I have done many times and never been questioned, I haven’t even drank it yet and offered to pour it out, and i have also been handed a large by the other manger before. But this time Zackery demanded me to pay $2.13 or else my food would not be granted. I payed for it, and he just lost a few customers."
