Joey’s Italian Market

"Loved this place. Been looking for a place that makes Chevalatta. No one came close to that which got in Brooklyn. Well, Joey’s got it 98% there. A little thinner and a bit more cheese would have been perfect. Having said that, I’m not complaining. It was very good. Ate an eggplant parm hero and it was very good. I believe the bread was semolina. Also very good. I regret not buying the fresh mozzarella, but I will be back. Too many other items to list but we do have a winner here!"

"Excellent Italian market and restaurant. Sicilian-inspired food on display looks so good! I had an eggplant parmigiana hero, which I ate at one of the outdoor tables. It was massive! Brought half of it home! Highly recommend!"

"What I can say about Joeys? This place is awesome. They have Italian/Mediterranean groceries, and fresh meats to buy in the grocery side of the store. Then there’s a deli and kitchen that makes a plethora of fresh eats. I had the chicken Parmesan sandwich, and it was huge. I could only eat half, but I was more than happy to take the other half home to eat later. Great place to stop by for lunch, and pickup some items that aren’t found many places."

"We drove 40 min to try joeys and we couldn't have been happier. The place was very clean and organized. The Staff was very helpful and amazing. Now we tried the pizza and the chicken parm hero and they both were delicious. We also ordered the rice ball and the prosciutto ball and it was amazing. We cant wait to come back .we loved the semolina bread felt like we had bread from Brooklyn. The crunch on the chicken parm hero was amazing ane not like the soggy sub rolls they give in other places . So we will be driving the 40 min to get some delicious food . We also got some fresh mozzarella so good."

"I'll get right to the point the Chicken Parm hero was amazing. The crispy semolina bread definitely made that hero. The rice ball and prosciutto rice ball were amazing as well. The best rice balls I've had in FL since moving here 6 years ago. Definitely will be back."
