"The cashier REBECCA here is the rudest person I've ever met. She wouldn't sell my 27 year old husband WITH AN ID ON NEW YEARS NIGHT ON TOP!! AND she told us the reason was because she thought we were to drunk.!!!! We weren't even drinking at ALL AND SHE REFUSED TO SELL HIM ANYTHING. They need better employees in customer service and she definitely needs to be terminated."

"I pulled into the Circle K to get gas when I struck a problem with my vehicle. The lady at the counter was awesome, actually went out of her to try to help me out! That never happens anymore… as a result I had to stay a few minutes and get a tow, I was able to hang out with no problems. I guess if I were ever to brake down again this circle is where I want to be! Lol anyways the place is great, very clean! Thanks a lot miss lady for all your help!"

"A older women worker there on 8/19 7pm, had bad attitude since me and my 9 years old son walked in the store , the kid went got slushy, but no lid would fit , that women talked without no one asked with bad bad attitude:” the cup came too large , nothing can fit “ ok well, we can get it without it. Then we went got 2 bang snaps , she start to screaming at my son said “ put that thing down, under 18 not allowed to touch” I said ok then may I touch it? I took over from my son, she keep screaming at my 9 years old son! I asked her to stop . Then when we paid she told me have a rotten day! I told her you too. Bc people like her not deserve better life! She followed us out and keep screaming at us with many many words that shouldn’t came out from someone’s mouth! She told me never go back to that store, I told her that would be my choice for sure! I suggest management to take a look the surveillance video when they have chance. No customer deserves things like that !"

"Just walked out of the Circle K and boy is Kathy a charmer! Paid for a full tank of gas and went in to get a couple of beers for Saint Patty‘s day to celebrate with my girlfriend at home. I had my 16-year-old son with me who is taller than me who walked into the cooler with me to go look at the Gatorade‘s and Kathy refused to sell me the beer. Another customer in line was saying “there’s chocolate milk in there too“. I understand the law, there was nothing posted whatsoever that he could not go into the cooler with me, and being treated like some criminal is not really a way to get business. I would also advise against hiring miserable people who want to take it out on their customers because they probably made bad decisions their whole life. Post the proper signage if you want to separate families when it comes to the cooler."

"The cashier was extremely professional, courteous and very helpful!!!! I certainly would go back as true customer service, such as the old addage goes....."The Customer Is Always Right" has become a lost concept in today's business, particularly in Retail."
