"Visited today. Received $10 in rewards. Asked if I could use same day, they said yes. Went back later-same day-and a different woman refused. She was rude and very snippy. So, in return, here are some reasons NOT to shop there. 1. Everything smells like smoke. Old smoke-like they smoke indoors after hours. 2. Most items are overpriced! No real good deals here since 2018. 3. They don't wash or wipe anything down 4. Dead roaches in corners, dirty, dusty, stinky-shower when you get home 5. (*Jewelry girl was the only thing exceptional!) Other employes-not so much. Smiles are free but not at this place. 6. Salvation army is next door. It's cleaner and better priced 7. Lies about loyalty program-sells information!!! Does not honor loyalty points. Insanity! Called manager over-they argued with eachother and ultimately did not honor discount Very disappointed. One of the worst thrift stores I have visited in a long time!"
"Daily specials and reasonable prices. A place like Goodwill will have no sales and try to sell you used Walmart shirts for more than they'd cost at Walmart. Forget Goodwill, go to Community Thrift Store."
"This used to be a a great thrift shop - reliably stocked with very friendly people with great prices and deals. We were shocked to go in today to find seriously marked up prices ($49.99 for a cast iron skillet that’s $34 new?!), very little selection, and pretty rude treatment when just asking a question about the rewards program ( that has changed systems multiple times and thus losing accumulated points. It’s disappointing because this used to be a fun place to make some cool finds."
"Y’all are BUGGIN’!!!!! I’ve been coming for over 10 years, and I’d noticed before how prices were increasing but weren’t too bad. I just came back for the first time in like 6 months and the prices have gone WAYYYY up which is wild because it literally looks like y’all have way more inventory than before. Please make it make sense. These are FREE DONATED items y’all received. Thrifting should be accessible to the COMMUNITY not be priced at online or retail prices. SMH I’m super disappointed"
"This used to a great thrift store but after about 3 months that I didn’t come here. Prices are a complete DISBELIEF! It’s sad how they trying to make a high profit off “Donations”"
