"This park is phenomenal and host a wide variety of things to do on the north side near new Berlin road. Which includes but not limited to multiple full court basketball courts, playgrounds, open area/ fields, fishing, picnics, hiking, restrooms, as well as football and soccer fields towards the back. If your in the area def recommended taking a stroll through and enjoying what this regional park offers for everyone."
"Wow I did not even know this park even existed. And OMG it was HUGE! Along with this huge lake, I discovered, people go in the back to swing off of tire swings in two locations. They ride dirt bikes and all types of toys with motors attached. They have a mud hole ( which I don't think it was meant to be but). They had little league soccer games going on. Parents and children everywhere. You must check it out for yourself. Here take a look...."
"It was a beautiful experience to visit this park and achieve that direct contact with nature...hares, ducks, diversity of birds and a huge space if you wanted a pleasant walk through the park...100% recommended if you are looking to relax"
"Although swimming is not prohibited, you're still allowed to. Just know that you can't hold them accountable if anything happens in the water. Over all a pretty fun nature walk and pretty water, the back pond has some really pretty blue water. Unfortunately a bit of trash does build up, but it does get cleaned up after a bit. There are only restrooms up at the front of the park, so if you go on a walk just make sure to go before! Dogs are allowed and most people do bring their dogs, although most may bark they're all friendly. Unfortunately there are no picnic areas, as you're not really supposed to stick out there for too long since it's a preserve, but if you just take a couple chairs and a foldable table than you're good. There have been a few times that me and my friend group have been harassed, but that is because we are visibly queer"
"Overview: The park is a nice size getaway for the day. Many people love to bring their dogs and walk in the big open field next to a small lake. You can play basketball, go fishing off a small dock and play whatever game you want in a few large open areas. What to know: There are restrooms in the front and rear of the park. The basketball courts are in good condition. The nice ample space next to the lake that you can venture about. I have seen people fish in the lake, so bring a pollβa good amount of parking along with a playground for the kids. The Oceanway Sports Association is located in the back. The gates are closed unless there is an event going on. There was a bit of trash lying around the last time i visited. It takes all of us to keep things clean."
