"!Avoid this shop at all costs. Never received payment for what they damaged!. After coming in for a tire patch I realized while still at the shop that damage had been done to my brand new rims and the beauty plate. The pictures provided below were taken by staff members. I addressed the damage with the manager the following day and he could care less. He would not give me information on my claim. I call corporate and turns out he never filed a claim. I tried to resolve the issue through corporate but even they won’t answer the phone. Nothing has been done for me and I have received no calls. Btw the tech mounted my wheel back on with whites on the outside too lol ohhh and put the tire on the balancing machine incorrectly."
