"This Walgreens stores in the Riverview area have a severe shortage on pharmacy techs. This store, in particular, always has a line inside and at the drive-thru. The pharmacist is busy filling orders, however; there have been times when the pharmacist could have assisted the techs, but didn't. Please don't tell a customer it's not your job or department and not provide assistance. This unacceptable on all levels. Someone is going to fade away waiting for a prescription at this Walgreens. Get the store the help it needs and check down on the management and pharmacist. Contrary to belief, the customer is not always right, but when you're sick the patients don't care about right or wrong. They want to be cared for with empathy, compassion, dignity, and respect. Put some respect on the customers."

"Terrible pharmacy. It was my first time to use Walgreens . My doctor sent the prescription there and they didn’t ready my medicine which I understand I need to give them my insurance. They told me it will ready in 30 minutes. I came back next morning and they said it’s not ready . I have to wait 10 minutes. I left for work . The next day I came back at 8:45 in the morning they said it’s not ready until 1pm. I complain that I can’t come back no more and they gave me right away. What the heck did they try to do ? Why they didn’t gave at the first place stupid Walgreens . I’m glad CVS will open soon . It will be my first and last time here"

"This has to be the worst Walgreens I ever encountered. Originally went in on a Tuesday for a prescription that needed prior authorization from the doctor. The doctor office sent the approval the next day and Walgreens staff stated it wasn’t approved. I had to call the insurance department who reassured me the prescription was approved. I called Walgreens back to speak with the pharmacist who advised me that they now needed the prescription to be corrected but never reached backed out to the doctors office since the original date of the order. I understand they maybe busy due to peak season of the flu but the level of service they provide is unacceptable. I will be transferring to another Walgreens."

"Worst service in the country. I'm 100% sure of it. Pharmacy never answers the phone, never let's you know when Rx is ready, even the front manager won't help. It's always like this. I called 7 times today. 6 of those times I waited in hold for 15 min and then got hung up on. The 7th time, the front manager "Lex" transfered me to a line that just rang until I finally hung up. Worst Walgreens imaginable."

"Worst management locally for a pharmacy. My scripts were called 4 hours ago from the hospital. When we arrived at the store post surgery, there were 9 families in line, only 2 being helped. The tech that checked for our RX said, "OH they were sent in electronically?" Me: "Yep, hours ago. " Tech: oh well its gonna be a while, there's 35 or more back there"... what is it with this place? Oh, and Jose in photo is what's wrong with America. He asked if we found everything, and I responded i was frustrated. After explaining the pharmacy lack of help, he shrugged and said, "Not my department, sorry". So they're getting their rear end kicked in and you can't grab a mgr or sup to go help? Then he went back to leaning on the counter with his hands in pocket. Good job dude, real team player."
