"Shelves always swept clean, too busy in the parking lot leading to near misses, also if you pre-order don't expect it for the time you set they're on their own time! I hate if I have to use this publix and more times then not will drive out of my way to another due to how horrible it is compared to neighboring publix's on Sims or just outside waterset. Don't go here if you don't have too."

"Ordered 50 wings and BOARS HERD SUB SELECTIONS Got there and someone walked up to me and told me that I had cancelled something from my order which didn’t have anything to do with the wings and sandwiches. Got sandwiches and they looked like if they were just thrown into the platter. Was told that I would have to wait 20 minutes for the wings. Actually waited over 30 minutes and got the same plater just rearranged. Had to leave very unsatisfied and upset cause didn’t want to be late for the gathering. If I would have had the time I would have walked out."

"I used to live nearby, but have since moved out of state. My family still lives in the area so we were down for my son's birthday. We did a balloon order, some with balloons we purchased elsewhere and a few from here. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We even ran into an issue with one set of balloons that rendered them useless, unfortunately, but the staff at pickup was great and accommodating. The area has blown up so much, it's crazy and it's super busy. Despite it all, the employees seem to be able to remain friendly and I appreciate that. Despite the customer volume, we will continue to shop at Publix when we can."
