"Let me prefice this msg by first saying that Michael, Chad , Dylan and Brandon were all "there for me" trying to fix my car and send me on my way as quickly as possible!! But, BE SURE that ONLY because of serious holdup by my extd auto warranty provider, spent 2-1/2 days and 15 hours before car was finished thru NO fault of Firestone! "Our car quit running on Saturday afternoon. We had it towed to Firestone Complete and they were able to get it fixed and back on the road by Monday afternoon. We are very pleased with their work."

"Quoted an hour and a half like everyone else no matter the job. Never in at appointment time due to overbooking. Waited 3.5 hours total. They use the someone called out and we are short staffed line everyday on everyone. This is my second time having the same exact experience. Will not be returning"

"Absolute joke of a shop and customer service. Dropped off a vehicle and after it being there for 2 days still couldn’t get a simple vehicle inspection done. Service manager Chad really should find a job not speaking to customers because he has no idea how to talk to people. Rude and pushy to get you off the phone. I’ll never step foot in this Firestone location again purely based off my interaction with Chad. Not to mention 2 days to get a vehicle inspection. Way too many other shops out there to deal with that. Ill go somewhere who knows how to treat people and can actually get a car looked at before 2 days. The 1 star reviews all make sense now."

"Not good I went to them to fix my lug so nut could tighten my tire but they damaged my rim. I have been waiting for about a month now and no one has called me to get my rim replaced. I'm the one who has to contact them about the damage they did. That crazy. They need to replace my rim and I still waiting. If I have to get a lawyer involved in this situation. I shouldn't have to call them. They have importantion and picture what it look like"
