"This stores terrible, salesperson doesn't even acknowledge you like our money's not green! Nothing but overpriced outdated ralph lauren products!"
"Snooty saleswoman didn’t even bother to look up when I entered the store. I’ll take my business elsewhere."
"Would give 0 star if Possible. Staff in the store give an wired attitude since beginning."
"The lady needs to learn customer service. She didn’t speak at all. I just walk out the store. There wasn’t anybody in store. So that wasn’t the reason. Very disappointed never had that happen in a polo store."
"The sales and customer service at this location is a disgrace! Not only did they make it very clear that they weren’t going to assist in item sizes and purchases but I felt racially profiled and my intelligence insulted. We stopped at the polo store on our way to get food in between connecting flights. There was only one sales associate there when we walked in, As we looked around she finally greeted us, I inquired what the sale was, it was a sign outside the store that said sale but with no specifics. I believe she said 30 and pointed to everything on the left side of the store, that was all she said. She just stared at us and not ask if we were looking for something in particular to help us with. It was obvious we were both avid polo shoppers it’s what we were wearing when we walked in the store. (Sweatsuit, thermals, slippers, socks) I looked around and asked where the womens section was, no response I had found it on my own and my friend asked about the polo swim trunks and were they included in the sale price, she said no and stood there again staring. He asked does the coupon polo sends apply there again she said no very dismissive. We got the hint and were ready to leave. This is where things just got very rude and disrespectful. As we were heading out since it was clear she didn’t want to help my friend with swim trunk sizes and purchase, he asked her for a bag. He was carrying a large size polo bag with items that became torn during our travels. She said I don’t know and acted like she was looking for a bag and says “the other one that works here know I don’t know..” At this time the other sales associate walked in and says “no for international travelers only..” I didn’t know we needed to show our boarding passes for anything at polo and we were in fact traveling internationally. I became upset and asked “ if we purchase some shirts and swim shorts what are you putting the items in?..” her English then became poor and she replies “gate” I had no idea what that meant I said excuse me, and asked again, “if I buy items from this store you are telling me I can’t leave with my purchases? “ She replied no it’s for international travelers only and what you buy we bring to the gate. I have never heard of such an ordeal ever. We were headed to Dominican Republic and he was looking for new swim trunks and she told us that in order to get our purchased items they would have to be delivered to the gate. All because she didn’t want us to replace a bag?! She then proceeded to say it’s a special bag only for international travelers who buy at polo, I told her if I make a purchase and have to catch a flight I am leaving with my purchase not waiting at the gate for a duty free merchant to bring my purchased items. They both turned their backs towards us and I felt so disrespected. She went to the desk propped up her phone and proceeded to watch whatever program she was interested in on her phone. Never again will I shop at that store and advise others to keep walking."
