They do mark downs every couple of weeks. Each item is priced individually. Their mission is transparent and not simply smoke and mirrors. In the area there are several Good Will locations, but I will always stop at The Exchange over a Good Will. Their inventory does change often and they have a great selection of furniture, ceramics, and wall art. Some of the pieces are priced high, but they do have a falling price model so you can often score some older inventory at much better prices. They also have everything from $20,000 emerald necklaces to $1 used books so it's a bit of a treasure hunt, but well worth the visit."
