"There are better places to buy furniture than this store. In August of 2018, I bought a large Avondale set. The dining with seating for 6, the credenza, tv stand, a desk, file cabinet, and a book shelf. The desk arrived damaged. They sent someone over to stain over the damaged areas. They did a good job, but it doesn't last long. Those areas faded quickly. A couple of years later I bought a second desk. That one I had to build myself, which probably explains why it's not damaged. During the original sale, I was asked many times if I wanted to buy the insurance protection, and I kept saying no. The salesman kept pushing and said I didn't have to insure it all, just the dining set. I still said no. He then said that if I didn't put in a claim in 5 years, that I would "get my money back." To get him off my back, I said yes based on that money back feature. The salesman lied. You do not get your money back. Instead, you get a voucher from the company they use for the amount of insurance and it must be used to buy more of their furniture. You cannot even buy clothes at Macy's. You cannot use it online. It has to be a furniture piece that they sell in the store. You cannot even buy an accessory. The voucher was for $200. So you cannot even buy a lamp that you see at the store. So I was just there after 5 years, and the place is run down. The outside looks abandoned. The inside has poor lighting and mediocre and unnactractive furniture sets. I ended up losing out on the voucher. In the end, it's their loss. I'll never buy furniture from them ever again."

"Went to Macy's Men's Department and found a Winter Coat from Tommy Hilfiger and two Oxford Shirts for 80% off their regular price. It was a perfect purchase as my son's moving to Arkansas for a great opportunity."

"Clean up the Outside! The staff here are very helpful, but why does this place always look abandoned from the outside? The exterior of this business is pretty much an afterthought.. the prices for the "returned" or "surplus" items are way overpriced. I did buy a sofa on this visit, but from the new inventory. The salesman that assisted me was great!"

"I went into the store today to buy a sofa. The salesperson Mike was very nice and helped us rather quickly. When we went to pay, we were informed that the delivery fee was $130 which was 20% of the value of the sofa and they do not give you the option to pick it up yourself. When I asked to speak to a manager, a gentleman named Peter came and he had the worst attitude problem ever. He was rude, arrogant and treated us with utter disrespect. We were very close to not buying the sofa because of the manager but it was exactly what we needed and we had been looking for it for a while. However, I doubt I will ever buy from them again."
