"I got my scrubs embroidered here and wanted black embroidery on all of the tops except the dark colors I wanted white embroidery to make the wording stand out more. I picked them up and my dark gray Figs scrub top had black embroidery that’s extremely close in color to the top. I wanted white embroidery on this top but now it can’t be changed without creating holes in it and it’s a brand new $50 scrub top. Be extremely specific when dropping things off and making embroidery requests otherwise they’ll just do whatever and not call to confirm anything. No refunds either if you don’t like it or it’s not as requested."

"Wonderful experience here! Kim was so helpful. I needed five sets of scrubs for my full-time esthetician schooling right around the corner, and loved the Healing Hands Purple Label Yoga petite pants, along with color-coordinated tops. Not as big of a selection as Uniform City in Tampa, but I really like this place. I’m pretty sure anyone could find something here with the brand and color selections available. The customer service here is WAY better (wouldn’t take much to beat Uniform City honestly, but it is very nice here). You won’t be sorry. :)"

"My hospital mandated a logo that we have to have embroided into our scrub tops. And this is the company they went with. I am very disappointed with the turn around time for service. I purchased 2 shirts for work and left them for embroidery I was told the tops would be ready 1-5 days. I just picked up today and this is week 3. I stop by several times to check and I was told they were busy. I understand being busy but they should not take on more then they can handle. Waiting for these shirts I've washed the only 2 that I've had almost every other day for work. I don't recommend this company and I will find someone else to embroider my tops. P.s. their scrubs are not cheap either."
