"I bought 2 pairs of shorts for my daughter that were on a rack with a sign that said 2 for $30. When I got to the register, I noticed they didn’t ring up as $15 each and when I mentioned it, the girls told me that the sign shouldn’t be on the rack and refused to change the price of the shorts. It was fan false advertisement, and I won’t be shopping there again. The girls were also in no hurry to go correct their mistake and take the sign down so others won’t be misguided like I was."

"*** SHOULD BE 0 stars **** Went in there today and was greeted with 0 customer service the first time . To make matters worse went in there a second time and manager Destiny and employee Juan just said welcome back and went on having their conversation barely moved a muscle. Thankfully María came over and assisted my friend and I. I then went over to the manger and informed her that the first time We came in her employee Juan was behind us fixing a rack and offered no assistance to which she said replied very rudely “did You not see we were dealing with a situation earlier “. To make matters worse she offered no apology and just kept moving her head like she was annoyed . Horrible service . She is unprofessional and should not be a manger if you cannot interact with customers in a professional way ."

"Forever 21 is a great store, and it never lets me down! Most of the stuff is super cheap and they such a wide variety of stuff! I had to buy stuff for a gift exchange, and i got tons of things and it only ended up being $10! Clothing is great too, its all super cute and they have stuff for all styles at a low price! I totally recommend this place."
