"One of the absolute worst Goodwills I’ve ever been in. The only reason they got 2 stars is because I didn’t have an issue with anyone that worked there. Granted no one spoke to me at all the entire time I was in the store not even a hello or anything. But I’ll take it over rude employees any day. The prices they want for some of the stuff is actually Laughable! $15 for a pair of shoes with visible damage that brand new are only $65! For a place that receives ALL their merchandise 100% free it’s awfully audacious of them to price so high. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra 1/4 mile down to The Salvation Army."
"This Goodwill has a really great book selection. Their clothing is pretty well organized, and as far as the stores in Jacksonville, they have a better selection than others. The store was closed for remodeling recently, but has now re-opened."
"Great selection , horrible management. There are currently 21 of us in line, one cashier, None of this is the cashiers fault of course. I went in the back and talked to multiple employees asking them to come help the poor lady stuck with this line all by herself. Not one worker would come help. Absolutely horrible work ethic"
