"The staff is always friendly and helpful here. This is one of my favorite Goodwill locations because it's always clean and well organized. They do not carry a lot of furniture, but when they do have some there, the prices are always really good for what you are getting."
"Edit 10/26/2023: Not that Goodwill is going to care since they still haven't responded to my original contact, but I just a package of Dollar Tree decorative sand for $5.99. It is $1.25 from the Dollar Tree. When I pointed it out to a worker, who I assume is an assistant manager since her name tag said ASM and she just said I don't know what they are doing back there. It is getting ridiculous. I shop this Goodwill and the others around the Southside and Beaches and the pricing is getting ridiculous. I have seen literal trash on the shelves like empty food containers, that weren't some collectible design or anything, with prices on them. The most egregious thing I've seen recently, just two days ago, was this bowl that originally came from Target. Goodwill had it priced at $6.99, the original price from Target new is only $3. They placed the sticker right next to the original price. Stuff like this is so insulting to us customers. Come on Goodwill, if you are going to screw us at least use lube. To make it worse, I send North Florida Goodwill a message via their website about it, along with other examples, and the response I got from them was thanking me for my interest in volunteering."
"Employee (Leandra) accused me of misplacing clothing items very rudely..after I corrected her she became even more irate and belligerent. She called me the b word in Spanish and told me she can get me "kicked out". I would love a follow up with a supervisor or member of management."
"Huge store with a lot to pick over. Didn't really have anything that I needed but was able to find a couple things to bring home. Not a big fan of all the profit they turn from people's donations, but better than people throwing it in the trash."
"This is one of my favorite goodwills. It's organized nicely, clean, has a nice selection of clothes and other items. The staff is always friendly and helpful."
