"If you’re planning on visiting this location just be prepared- everything’s extremely overpriced. How are you going to charge $10 for a bucket of small farm animals that most likely has missing pieces and can be bought in store/Amazon for the same price or a few dollars more…? When we got to the register we asked the lady if they would take $5 or even $7 and she said sorry no and that if she asks the manager the price will be even more. She even admitted she feels bad because there’s several things overpriced and they refuse to take less. It’s absolutely disgusting considering everything is effing DONATED. Also, the manager is really rude and lacks basic customer service skills. She shouldn’t be allowed to work with the public at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location and don’t donate anything to them. Go somewhere where you’re appreciated and valued."

"Joyce needs retraining because she doesn't know how to communicate, no eye contact, I said hi she just took clothes scanned all of them just to find out she didn't even log onto the computer she huffed & puffed entire transaction, she even talked to cashier next to her. I said thank you she said nothing, she just leans on the counter & rings... Very poor customer service.... I will use the one on chiquita next time...."

"I love going to goodwill but will not visit this store again. The staff is rude and not very helpful at all. I bought a mini fridge and well at home realized it doesn’t work. Tried to bring it back explained that i just bought it 2 days ago and well i can only exchange it, i didn't have time that day so i asked if i can have a store credit. No we don't do that. I asked for the manager because according to the website they do give store credit. Manager came out she was rude as well and nope i can exchange it or take it back again. Because they don’t do store credit…"

"I come out to leave and the trailer is parked right behind me within no room to get out! I go back in to ask how long this will be and I'm told that I have to wait at least 15 minutes because they are switching out the trailers. Mind you there was plenty of room for this trailer to be parked more to the left as there is a whole section of cars that were not parked instead he blocks in several vehicles. This was in the Island Park store!! Though they came up and moved the trailer the attitude from one employee was awesome while the other was not The one that told me I "had to wait"."
