"This is the worst Dollar Tree ever! I live near it at would rather go to another one. It's always very cluttered and the floors are always dirty. I think they got rid of the one manager who stayed outside smoking more than she worked inside the store. They have a new manager now, so well see if it helps this store. All in all, I do find what I need when I shop there."

"What stood out the most was the customer service I received. The cashier Denise was super friendly and pleasant. I felt like she had been my friend for years."

"I know it's cheap, but sometimes you are better off going to a real store. All I needed was a couple of things, and dollar tree is convenient, but the place was a disaster area, store was filthy and the only lady on one open register felt the need to blab away with a friend standing next to the register while she leisurely rang things up. The eight people in line were not amused. I set my basket down and left. I went next door to dollar general and the staff was much more helpful and the line although busy moved quickly."

"The store is fine...no shopping carts, tho, so it makes for a short trip when you have to lug around your items...or ine of those blue plastic baskets, which gets heavy fast. Suggest they get carts back and put tall poles on them like the store in North Fort Myers. That way they won't end up in the neighborhood instead of the store. Employees are sometimes really nice and others, just treat you like you're a bother. I would have given 2 stars, except for nice young lady who waited on me last time I was there. It's a nice store, but customer service is VERY important, and I will go back and see if my last great treatment was just a fluke, or the real thing. Would love to raise my rating."
