"Bought my dress and shoes and had it shipped to my resident addrss since August 22 and now is October already I still didn't received my merchandise and they totally ignored the issue. They shipped to the wrong address do FedEx had to returned the merchandise to the store and they never re-shipped to me. Moreover, I called their stored at least 30 times since the incident occurred. 4 out of 30 times I spoke to 4 different associates. First was my sale lady, Natalie, waited a week didn't heard back from her. A week later called back spoke to Nicole, the store Manager. She said once FedEx returned the merchandise she will re shipped to me and will email a new tracking. Never heard back from Nicole, called back Nicole was on vacation. After that kept calling and calling No one seem to pick up the phone guess caller ID shows my name. One day I blocked my number, someone picked up took my information and said that Natalie was on her breaks will have her call me back once she got back on her breaks. Well, it's been 2 weeks since then not sign of her contacting me. So i had to called corporate. Let she if this will take into consideration. Unbelievable with the attitude of irresponsible with customer care. Customer service at this particular location worse then the Flea Market. If there's a choice this place will get 0 to negative star from me and my entire family plus my whole social media friends connection."

"Luciana Costa was really helpful today! One of the dresses I wanted in size 36 had a loose thread, and she fixed it in no time. I got two gorgeous dresses and a pair of sandals. The 40% discount when you buy more than 2500 dollars is a great deal! I'm happy."
