You can easily create an order and schedule a pick-up date and time through our App or Website. A specialist will collect your shoes and transport them to our SneaCare Center for our four-step cleaning process, which includes diagnosis, preparation, cleaning, and detailing.
Once your shoes are hand washed by trained technicians and undergo a final quality check, they will be delivered back to you looking clean and fresh. If you have old shoes in your closet that you no longer wear, consider donating them to us. We will make them look like new and give them to those in need.
