Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

"I want to start by saying that Daniel was an amazing party host and made our party so much better. However, when spending around $500 for a birthday party I would hope to not be elbow to elbow with every person who resides in Duval County. The facility felt WAY over capacity, bathrooms were trashed and it was hard to enjoy yourself because you literally could not hardly walk through the building. It would be a much more enjoyable visit if they limited the amount of people who can play at one time. Very thankful for Daniel but we will not be back to Urban Air!"

"Always fun. I recommend the adults give it a try too at least once. No need to always spectate- have fun. I feel safe to let kids run around. The food area could improve their customer service or just let me bring my own so I don’t have depend on the annoyed service."

"What an amazing place here. My son has autism and he has such a blast. There are a few packages to pick from and they do birthday parties here. There are so many things to choose from. So first is the waiver do it online or when you get there go to the computer on the left when you get in cause they will be looking for it. Remember to bring socks and if you forget you can buy them there. They sell adorable kids shirts but they didn't have the right size for us at the time. They do offer a military discount so that's a plus. We will definitely be going back again. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"I'm way too old and far too poor to be doing stuff like this! Nana spoiled her grandson this year for his birthday and we are so glad & grateful she did!!! For 3 adults and 2 lil guys, we had free reign over the park, but we shelled out about $200. I had to make sure to take advantage of the opportunity! If you can swing it, you should go!"

"This place has everything to keep your kids entertained! Trampolines, Dodgeball, Go Karts, Ninja Area, Rock Climbing Wall and my favorite - The Zip Line! We went for a birthday party and they did not want to leave, my only drawback was how crowded it was on a Saturday with every room and table being used for parties and they were still allowing people in... like it was overwhelmingly crowded. Besides that staff was helpful and attentive. The wait times for attractions wasn't too long except for the go karts we were on line for almost 40 minutes and got off and the people in front of us were still in line when we passed again about 20 minutes later... that was ridiculous!"
