"Was referred to this business through my job for work-related boots. Spoke with Daniel about ordering boots on July 2, didn’t hear anything for weeks and contacted him again on July 22. I was told the boots were on a back order but they were coming. Didn’t hear anything another few weeks and contacted him on August 4, left a voice message which wasn’t returned. After finally getting hold of Daniel on the phone he told me he can’t get the boots and to go with another company. I’m not sure when I was going to find out about this, it seems like something you should reach out and tell a customer about. Instead I have placed trust in a company that has put me off over a month and I don’t have necessary work footwear. I didn’t even get an apology and frankly I feel like I was bothering him. To make matters worse, I can see the boots I wanted are in stock on the companies website with free 2-day shipping. Really, really poor business practices and a bad overall experience."
