"I was visiting Orlando for vacation. I had gone to work out, and I wanted to stop by the Bally store before returning to my place of stay. What I admired the most because even though I looked like I just came from boot camp, associate Dayana M. went out of her way to greet me and my cousin like we were the only customers in the store. She didn't know if I was serious about buying anything, but she went out of her way to provide the best customer service. She gave us information about all the deals for the current sales. Ask me for my sizes and immediately show me items I might be interested in. There was one particular pair of shoes I like but they did not have my size. She recommended getting them from another store and having them shipped to me by the time I returned to my home. She went far and beyond my expectation. Kudos to the Bally Team Members!"
